Making videos that people actually want to watch

We’re all about helping brands turn their story into clear, compelling, unskippable video.

Because, let’s be honest: there’s a lot of boring videos out there.

What Drives us

We know that videos are a big investment for brands, no matter the size of their company or marketing budget. Too many companies make that investment, and the product they get looks fine but doesn’t stick in people’s brains.

We don’t like that.

Good videos should be pulling the one-two punch for your brand: sharing a message that’s sticky, and being exciting enough to make people do the thing.

We think that every brand, no matter their size or industry, deserves video that gets the message across, seals the deal, and looks good doing it.

JOhn Heath

Director

John has been experimenting with cameras and video editing for most of his life. What started as making goofy short films with friends slowly became a career in filmmaking.

He focuses on directing, cinematography, and shaping the visual style of each project. His goal is simple: make every frame serve the story.

Producer

Caitlin Heath

Caitlin has always been drawn to storytelling. At first that meant having a voracious appetite for reading and writing. Eventually she discovered film and realized it was the perfect way to bring stories to life.

As producer she guides projects from the first conversation to the final delivery. Her favorite part of the job is meeting people from different industries and helping them tell their story well.

The Origin Story

Five Seven Film started the way a lot of creative partnerships do. Two friends in close proximity, sharing their interests and passions.

We met while studying telecommunications and video production at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications.

At first it was just assignments and short films. Then came freelance projects. Somewhere along the way we realized two things:

We worked well together. And we liked each other quite a bit.

So we started a production company together. Then we got married (and now have two awesome precocious kids).

Now, over a decade later, we still enjoy spending time in the same room.

Let’s Get to Work
